I assume that I have "misused" it in the past too much for their taste, and therefore they are now - even years later - rather strict with me. This happens sometimes even when I have not used Teamviewer for several months and then use it twice a day, or lose the connection twice and have to reconnect. However, if Teamviewer thinks that I am misusing their free service they block me temporarily. This works fine, too - if I do it truly only occasionally. I'm occasionally also using the free version of Teamviewer if someone has only Teamviewer Quicksupport installed.
